At DETOMASO, we stand behind the precision and quality of our timepieces, offering a 30-day return window for all items in their original, unworn condition. If your new watch doesn't perfectly match your style, we provide a seamless process for returns or size exchanges.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the watch back in its original presentation box with all protective films and tags intact, ensuring it is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our master watchmakers verify the condition of the returned timepiece, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
