How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within Europe and 7-10 business days for international orders. Tracking information is provided via email once your order departs our warehouse.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your watch, you can return it in its original, unworn condition with all packaging for a full refund.

Do DETOMASO watches come with a warranty?

Yes, every DETOMASO timepiece comes with a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering any manufacturing defects in the movement, case, or crystal.

Are the watches water-resistant?

Most of our watches are water-resistant to at least 5 ATM (50 meters). Please check the specific product description for your model to confirm its depth rating before exposing it to water.
